This theme seeks to inspire youth to overcome societal pressures, fear of failure and the complexity of long-term goals by taking small but consistent steps toward impactful outcomes and driving change in society Dr. Rahul Kapoor is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Social Work, Gautam Buddha University. He has also worked as an Assistant Professor in the renowned Madras School of Social Work. He is a European Parliament Sakharov Fellow, a skillful academician and a human rights defender who is determined to stand with the poor, marginalized and down trodden. He has been awarded a gold medal in Masters in Social Work from University of Delhi and holds an MPhil degree and a PhD degree from Jamia Millia Islamia. He is the author of the books, 'Women and Work: The Sky is Full of Sexism' and 'Feminist and Ferocious: Women Student Activists in Contemporary India'. He has written several research articles in National and International Journals of repute like the Helpage India Research and Development Journal, Journal of Exclusion Studies, Psychiatry and Mental Health.
