With actionable tips on how to incorporate dance into your life, this talk will inspire you to move, connect, and thrive. Hello Everyone! My name is Emma Ooi, I’m in Grade 5 and turning 12 years old this year. I ‘m from Malaysia. My hobbies are dancing, drawing, traveling and gaming. And maybe when I grow older I'll become a dancer. Today, my TEDx talk will tell you why Dancing is good for your physical and mental health, as well as developing social skills. My talk will also focus on sharing how ANYONE CAN DANCE. I joined TEDx because I think this will help me with my speaking skills. I also want to change the stereotype of dance. This being my first time, I hope you will enjoy my TEDx talk. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
