Cette intervention décrit les différentes mutations qui impactent l'évolution de nos sociétés au fil avec la mondialisation, les défis et réflexions pour l'intégration de toutes les couches sociales dans le combat du développement. Nomaye Clarisse est née le 23 Juin 1973.
Mariée et mère de quatre (04) enfants, elle est titulaire d'une maîtrise en droit judiciaire privé de la faculté de droits et sciences politiques à l'Université de Ouagadougou au Burkina Faso et d'un Master en Management des Projets de Kellerr Graduate School of Management à Houston aux Etats - Unis.
Avocate au barreau du Tchad, elle dirige un cabinet d'avocats à N'Djaména: Cabinet Nomaye Clarisse.
Elle est auteure de deux romans: ''L'amitié sans frontières'' et ''Une famille absolument'', un recueil de poèmes: ''Femme tchadienne, femme de toute part'' et de deux recueils de nouvelles: ''prisonnière'' et ''Les chroniques de Tamti''.
