Samuele Tramontano racconta la sua esperienza quando un manager gli disse che non era un’eccellenza, suscitando in lui rabbia e determinazione a dimostrare il contrario. Dopo mesi di sacrifici, ottenne il riconoscimento, ma a costo della propria salute fisica e mentale. Riflettendo, capì che questa ricerca dell’eccellenza era spinta da una voce interiore critica, definita “Sua Eccellenza”, un Inquisitore che lo giudicava severamente. Attraverso il coraggio, valori personali e il supporto di parole ispiratrici, come quelle di un amico scomparso, Giovanni, Samuele Tramontano trasformò questa voce in “Mia Eccellenza”. Ora, invita a perseguire i propri valori, non le aspettative altrui. Esperto di strategie di crescita digitale (Growth Marketing) attualmente ricopre il ruolo di Head of Marketing di Sibill.È stato Head of Growth presso Serenis, piattaforma dedicata al benessere e Head of Growth in Credimi, dove ha accumulato una vasta esperienza nel marketing digitale.
