Morgana traces her journey of becoming the influential and iconic personality we know today, thanks to her voice. Yes, her voice—the same one that, years ago, would be the reason that she got bullied. Advertising professional, entrepreneur, mother, presenter and content creator from Ceará, she became known for her irreverent narration of the traditional September 7th parade in her city, Maranguape, which traditionally takes place on Rua Major Agostinho, where the well-known catchphrase "Arrasa na Major" (Kill it on Major) came from, which led to her presenting and reporting on regional and national television programs.Today, she works on social media and the studio - as she is part of the cast of presenters of TV Band Ceará on the program Band Mulher with her segment "Xiringa", in addition to being part of a strong team that runs the podcast "Escutou Porque Quis", a ratings success that is among the five biggest comedy podcasts in Brazil, as well as her stage version with "Assistiu Porque Quis", a box office and audience success on her tour around the country. Almost 10 years after his first time being a TEDx speaker, a biologist, teacher, and researcher, revisits the urgency of the climate change agenda, yet emphasizes that it is still possible to reverse some of the damage. "I hate negationism, but I also hate defeatism," Hugo Fernandes is a Biologist, Director of Innovation & ESG at Seteg Soluções Ambientais, Professor at UECE, and advisor for Master's and Doctorate degrees at UFC.He is from Minas Gerais, holds a PhD in Zoology and a Post-Doctorate in Ecology, but dreams of becoming a citizen of Ceará.He has conducted field research in all of Brazil's biomes, but now works to value biodiversity and implement effective conservation solutions. You’re an artist when you have a curious sight looking at the world and imagining it can be different. This lecture is the narrative of Aline’s experience as a visual artist throughout projects realized in the last ten years. Projects that happen in her neighborhood, in the course of days, in protests in defense of democracy , that end up taking place in important exhibitions across the country. Visual artist and educator, she holds a degree in Fine Arts from UNICAMP and a master's degree in Arts from UFC.Her production and interests include themes related to art and politics, art and education, activism, collective and collaborative creative processes, and urban micropolitics.With the collective installation AGITPROP, she has participated in group exhibitions at museums such as MAR - RJ, MASP, Museu Nacional da República - DF, Pinacoteca do Ceará, among others.She is currently the manager of dissemination and cultural action at MIS-CE (Museum of Image and Sound). Il collettivo CULT, attraverso la musica rap, ci racconta che il coraggio non è solo un atto individuale. È spesso l’ascolto di una voce diversa dalla nostra. È lasciarsi toccare, cambiare, ispirare. È trasformare una ferita personale in una musica collettiva. Lo hanno fatto dando voce ai testi di scrittori e scrittrici Indomiti, persone con disabilità che hanno scritto pensieri e poesie sul tema Coraggio, dimostrando che l’arte abbatte le barriere e amplifica il coraggio. Un momento intenso, nel quale ogni nota e ogni parola ci ricordano la forza delle storie condivise e della contaminazione di esperienze. //// Through rap music, the collective band CULT tell us that courage is not only an individual act. It often means listening to a voice different from ours. It is about letting ourselves be touched, changed, inspired by others, about transforming a personal wound into collective music. They have done it by giving voice to the texts of the writers Indomiti, disabled people who have written thoughts and poems on the theme of Courage, and have showed that art is able to topple barriers and expand courage. It was an intense moment, when each note and word reminded us of the strength of shared stories and exchanged experiences.
