After years of clinical experience, she moved to a corporate role in a leading pharmaceutical MNC in Bengaluru. Looking at the need in the industry, in 2019, Dr. Neema Bisht founded CareerInPharma, India’s first ISO-certified online training institute in healthcare training and was awarded multiple times as the "Best Pharma Training Institute of the Year". Since then, it has trained over 5,000 students globally, helping people get jobs in pharma companies. Her mantra in life is to always be ready. He values his academics and his extra-curricular, which is why he practices badminton and cricket. His favorite subject areas include math, science, and history.
