Inner self&camouflage | Zhixuan Xiao | TEDxWXFLS Youth

There is a "you" that answers back when you say hello to yourself when eyes closed. This is the core of who you are responded by your inner self. The psychological term for this is "shadow self," which holds the emotions we often suppress such as anger and anxiety. There's no need for us to be fear of this but instead, we should learn to embrace our inner self. In this speech, Zhixuan Xiao will be sharing the methods for this. Furthermore, she spreads the idea of camouflage, not only the camouflage that animals utilize to protect themselves, but the camouflage from human adjustments to adapt to the environment. Zhixuan Xiao, Priscilla, is a ninth grader student from Wuxi Foreign Language School. She really enjoys painting and traveling to spend her leisure time. She is a pretty outgoing, friendly, and is a person full of energy that allows many to build friendships with any people. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
