From a state of despair and fear, he gradually shifted his perspective thanks to stories from other patients and by taking time to reassess his challenges and change his mindset. Thịnh adjusted his lifestyle, found a way to continue engaging with basketball in a suitable role, and embraced gratitude for what life offered. The speech concluded with a powerful message: embrace the "breakpoints" in life as opportunities for renewal and growth.
