How to build an amusement park for adults? | Justin Guan | TEDxTheBund
When we were children, we all played games similar to amusement park simulation management to some extent, but have you ever thought about what kind of experience it would be when the amusement park you imagined in your mind became a reality?
As the co-founder of INS Land, Justin has created this never-ending "amusement park" for young people and operated it into a popular entertainment facility and social space nationwide
In his opinion, this generation of young people is under too much pressure - whether it's work, life, or uncertainty about the future, they are all in a state of immense anxiety. Meanwhile, when we realize that time is objectively irreversible and slowly leads us towards the end of life, such thoughts inevitably create a sense of emptiness.Adults also need amusement parks, and happiness is a force against nothingness. Co-founder and President of INS LandJustin Guan is the co-founder and CEO of New Electric Hero Ltd.. New Electric Hero Ltd. is an innovative entertainment and commercial complex operator, operating multiple entertainment complexes including INS Land in cities such as Shanghai and Chengdu. It includes diversified cultural and entertainment formats such as bars, nightclubs, live house, esports events and talk shows which are deeply loved by the new generation of consumers. Before founding New Electric Hero Ltd., he worked at ZhenFund, a leading angel investment firm in China, as the investment manager for the South China region. He led investments in over 60 early-stage startups and has received honors such as Forbes Asia 30U30.
