In a world where information bombards us from every angle—social media, ads, conversations, etc.—how much of it do we truly need? From making informed decisions to driving innovation, information shapes how we think, work, and live. But with the constant flood of data, are we empowering ourselves or drowning in cognitive overload? In this talk, Lan Phuong explores the double-edged sword of information and how to overcome them. Because in the end, it’s about selectively consuming information and using it effectively. / What happens when a city, a country, or a life suddenly becomes unrecognizable?
