Nesrine Chehata, associate professor at Bordeaux INP, is an expert in geospatial and artificial intelligence for Earth observation and the environment. She has been president of AGEOS, the African Association for the Promotion of Geospatial Technology, since 2016 and supports Tunisian institutions in the use of GIS. She leads the Tunisia Drone Day conference and advocates for drone regulation in Tunisia by co-founding the Aeronautics Circle in 2022. President of the National Forum on Climate Change Adaptation (FNACC) since 2021, she is currently a project manager for the UNESCO Bordeaux INP chair on climate change adaptation.
