PT BR - Graduada em Gastronomia, Franciele é professora transdisciplinar e ativista por uma alimentação digna para todos. Ela pesquisa a Insegurança Alimentar e colabora na criação de cozinhas solidárias e comunitárias, na busca pela erradicação da fome e pela mudança social por meio da relação com o alimento. Ela é membro do Fórum Estadual de Segurança Alimentar e Nutricional Sustentável do RS. EN - Franciele has a degree in Gastronomy, and is a transdisciplinary professor and activist for a dignified diet for all. She researches Food Insecurity and collaborates in the creation of solidarity and community kitchens, in the search for the eradication of hunger and for social change through the relationship with food. She is member of Fórum Estadual de Segurança Alimentar e Nutricional Sustentável (State Forum for Sustainable Food and Nutrition Security) in RS - Brazil.
