Dans son talk, Tania Shybko partage les illusions et désillusions qu’elle a rencontrées au cours de son parcours humanitaire. Elle parle également des leçons essentielles qu’elle en a tiré : comment prendre soin de soi est indispensable pour continuer à aider les autres, et comment, même dans les contextes les plus difficiles, nos actions – aussi modestes soient-elles – peuvent avoir un impact significatif.
Participer à TEDxAgroParisTech, c’est pour elle une invitation à réfléchir ensemble sur ce que signifie s’engager pour un monde meilleur, et à explorer comment nous pouvons agir de manière durable, en prenant soin des autres tout en veillant à préserver notre équilibre intérieur.
Tania Shybko, travaille depuis plus de 13 ans dans des contextes de crise à travers le monde, de l’Ukraine à la Centrafrique, en passant par le Soudan du Sud et l’Irak. Son rôle est de concevoir et mettre en place des projets humanitaires visant à soutenir les communautés affectées par des conflits et des catastrophes.
En parallèle, elle est coach et enseignante de méditation de pleine conscience, des pratiques qu’elle a découvert après avoir traversé un burn-out. Ces outils l’ont aidée à trouver un équilibre, et lui permettent aujourd’hui d’accompagner d’autres personnes engagées, pour qu’elles puissent contribuer à un monde meilleur tout en prenant soin d’elles-mêmes.
