He completed his master’s degree in Business Administration at Bursa Uludağ University, Institute of Social Sciences, between 1999 and 2002 with a thesis titled “Skill-Based Pay System.” In 2008, he obtained his Ph.D. from the same institute with a dissertation on “The Effects of Feedback Systems on Employee Performance.” Kaymaz was appointed as an Assistant Professor in 2013, an Associate Professor in 2014, and a Professor in 2020.He conducts academic studies primarily in the field of “Human Resources Management” within the Department of Business Administration, Division of Management and Organization, at Bursa Uludağ University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences. He has numerous scientific articles, conference papers, and book publications within the discipline of Management and Organization.Throughout his career at Bursa Uludağ University, he has held several administrative positions, including General Secretary of the University-Industry Collaboration Center, Director of the Career Application and Research Center, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, and Director of the Digital Transformation Training, Application, and Research Center.In parallel with his academic career, he has been providing solutions to the challenges faced by private sector businesses and non-governmental organizations for over 24 years. A Pahlewan, in the definition of Iranian mythology, is a character who is the source of Iran's development . At first glance, it seems like a human fighter with a great physique who fights and shows off his arm strength. But with a deeper look at Pahlewan in Iranian culture, I see that Pahlewan is a wonderful person who stands for Iran and changes the game for Iran. Pahlawan does not come at the behest or insistence or request of anyone, but Pahlawan stands because his claim depends on standing for Iran.
