从“土黑胖”到自信闪耀，自发光主理人J小姐的24年变美历程震撼人心。她凭借建筑与数学背景，独创“气质九宫格”，打破传统审美束缚，助力女性找到独特风格。她的故事证明，美从不设限，自我接纳与探索才是变美的终极密码。 她毕业于意大利佛罗伦萨大学，获得建筑与数学硕士学位。是一位从建筑领域跨界转型的个人美学专家。凭借其扎实的结构与逻辑背景，J小姐独创了一套全新的女性形象理论——形象表达学，并开发了女性穿衣风格快速定位工具“气质九宫格”(动物系长相测试)。在“气质九宫格”问世之前，女性的形象参考模型是以肤色和体型为主，人是没有“面孔和气质”的。J小姐通过对2万张以上东方女性面孔的观察研究，提取出成熟程度、雌雄程度和厉害度三个维度，将东方女性归类为9种气质类型，包括美洲豹、凤凰、狐狸、天鹅等。这一工具帮助女性解决了“身材合适、肤色合适”但依然“土气”的问题，可以快速找到自己的风格属性。J小姐创立的“自发光”是以个人美学为载体，帮助女性实现身心自由的平台，她主张关注每个具体的人，而非统一化的女性标签。此外，J小姐还是一位畅销书作家，著有《穿搭有术》《气质，变美从来不靠长相》《科学变美的100个基本》等书籍，通过文字传播科学变美的理念。她个人也是经历了从“土黑胖”蜕变为自由之美的女性。她说“你要相信，你永远都有办法改变现状”，这个信念也激励了无数女性关注自我可能性，拥有成长的勇气。 This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
