世界級運員面臨四十不惑的關卡,在普遍人認知該退休的年紀,他們卻持續找到身體的無限可能,虹瑩將講述自己運動生涯的緣起緣滅,在一系列的失敗和困難挫折中總結出適合自己的成功方法。運動要反覆訓練,更好有休息恢復,適當的恢復策略可以幫助我們更快地恢復體能和精神狀態,包括:睡眠、營養等等,這也是運動的安全保障,運動的意義不在於一時的自我超越,而是長久堅持的體育精神。"World-class athletes face the challenge of turning forty, an age at which most people consider retirement. However, they continue to discover the limitless possibilities of their bodies. Hong Ying will share the beginnings and end of her athletic career, summarizing the success methods she found for herself through a series of failures, difficulties, and setbacks. Sports require repetitive training, but also rest and recovery. Appropriate recovery strategies can help us restore both physical strength and mental state more quickly, including sleep, nutrition, and more. This is also the safeguard for safe sports practice.
