Hong Ying will share the beginnings and end of her athletic career, summarizing the success methods she found for herself through a series of failures, difficulties, and setbacks. Sports require repetitive training, but also rest and recovery. Appropriate recovery strategies can help us restore both physical strength and mental state more quickly, including sleep, nutrition, and more. This is also the safeguard for safe sports practice.
