Concluding on a motivational note, he urged the youth to become catalysts for change and contribute to building a stronger, more progressive democracy — a truly Viksit Bharat.
Dr. Vinay P. Sahasrabuddhe is a distinguished scholar, political scientist, and statesman. A former Rajya Sabha MP (2016–2022) from Maharashtra, he holds a Doctorate in Political Science and a postgraduate degree in English literature from the University of Mumbai. Currently, he serves as President of the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR), promoting Indian culture globally. He has also chaired the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Education, Women, Children, Youth & Sports, addressing key social and educational issues. A renowned governance trainer, he is dedicated to strengthening democratic values and driving positive social change.
