Khushboo Sharma is the best-selling author of the book ‘1 Decision 1000 Benefits’ and has contributed in several other books including ‘Pages of Power’, ‘Inflections’, ‘Dear Me’. Besides this, she is also a Motivational Trainer at SkillUp Talent. Her mission is to raise the Happiness Index of India through Emotional Intelligence and add about 15 more years to life span of people. She has also been graced with gold medals twice at National level for her scientific endeavors, and has also won ‘IAA Author Award’ and ‘Fox Story India Women Face of the year 2024 Award.’ She conducts workshops in schools and universities to make them aware about Emotional Health and Mental Well-being, inspires students with author talks, ‘Pariksha Pe Charcha’ etc., encouraging reading beyond the curriculum. Apart from her masters in Microbiology, has credentials in 'Managing Emotions in times of Uncertainty and Stress' from Yale University & 'Positive Psychiatry and Mental Health’ from University of Sydney.
