From the bold idea of founding a music festival "from scratch" in the middle of nowhere to becoming a lovebrand and one of the most beloved music festivals for all generations in Slovakia. Gretka Pavlovová is the founder and organizer of the Atmosféra Festival, which takes place in Slovakia. It is known for its intimate atmosphere, unique environment, and a program focused on depth of experience and beautiful natural surroundings.Gretka began organizing the festival while still a high school student. Through Atmosféra, she has built a strong community of volunteers over the years, who have become the heart of the festival, contributing to its uniqueness and community spirit through their work. After years of operation, she managed to transform this small village festival into a "lovebrand" that attracts thousands of visitors from all over Slovakia every year.In addition to organizing the festival, she has been involved in community-building for many years. Currently, she works on improving life in the capital city. For her work and contributions in the fields of culture and social innovation, she was honored with the prestigious Forbes 30 Under 30 title.
