- 14:41The Nature of Self-Mastery | Zachary Frisch | TEDxProvoZach Frisch shares his transformative journey of falling in love with the Utah mountains after moving from Arizona for college. What began as a personal craving to explore and connect with the natural world became an all-consuming passion, leading him to spend 750 hours trail running in 2024 and achieve the staggering goal of climbing 1 million feet of vertical gain. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Upon completion in Spring 2025, she plans to further her studies with a master's in Cognitive Psychology.Originally from Nigeria, Enny is an international student currently studying in the United States.
