Sibel Algan, şarkı yazarlığına ve kelimelerin gücüne dayalı bir hayatın nasıl şekillendiğini paylaşıyor. Kendi dünyasını dünyaya açarken, etiketler ve dış dünyadan gelen tanımlamalarla nasıl başa çıktığından bahsediyor. Bu konuşma, sanatın ve kelimelerin gücünü kullanarak kendi iç yolculuğumuzu nasıl başlatabileceğimize dair ilham veriyor. Sibel Algan, 1995 yılında İstanbul Üniversitesi İngiliz Dili ve Edebiyatı’ndan mezun oldu. Lisansüstü eğitimlerini sırasıyla Boğaziçi Üniversitesi (İşletme,1997, İstanbul), London School of PR (Halkla İlişkiler, 1998, İngiltere), European School of Economics(Marka, Pazarlama ve İletişim, 2004, İtalya) bünyesinde tamamladı. Yurt dışındaki programların her ikisinden de dereceyle mezun oldu.2013 yılında LIVCON koçluk, 2016 yılında Kadir Has Üniversitesi Eğitmenlik/Danışmanlık eğitimi akreditasyonlarını tamamladı.Üniversite yıllarından başlayan çalışma hayatı boyunca her zaman iletişim, hitabet ve bolca yaratıcı yazarlık gerektiren işlerde uzman ve/veya yönetici olarak çalıştı. Öğrencilik yıllarında teknoloji sektöründeki sektörel yayınlarda çevirmen, muhabir ve haber koordinatörü olarak görev yaptı. Gazetecilik deneyiminin ardından uzun yıllar lider konumdaki teknoloji şirketlerinde (Oracle, Ericsson, Doğan Online) basın, reklam ve halkla ilişkiler, etkinlik yönetimi ve pazarlama iletişimi alanlarında uzman ve yönetici olarak görev aldı. Bu sayede marka yönetimi konusunda büyük deneyim kazandı.Bilim kadar sanatın da hayatın vazgeçilmez bir parçası olduğu bilinci ve sevdasıyla, 2004 yılında, bu deneyimi daha yaratıcı olabileceği farklı bir sektörde sürdürmeye karar vererek müzik sektörüne geçiş yaptı. Sezen Aksu ile Basın ve Halkla İlişkiler alanında çalışmaya başladı. Bu görevi halen devam etmektedir.Buna paralel olarak, 2010 yılından itibaren bireysel olarak da hizmet vermeye başlamıştır. Hemen her sektörden (finans, sigorta, sağlık, inşaat, kişisel gelişim, eğitim, sanat vb.) kişi ve kuruma iletişim, metin yazarlığı ve editörlük hizmetleri vermektedir. Farklı prensiplerdeki iletişim ihtiyaçlarını gözlemleyerek edindiği deneyimini,2016 yılından beri Kritik Konuşma Becerileri (Uygulamalı Sunum veHitabet ) Eğitimleri ile aktarmaktadır.Bu arada lise yıllarından bu yana süregelen en büyük hobisini mesleğe dönüştürmenin keyfini yaşamaktadır. Sezen Aksu, Sertab Erener, Nilüfer, Levent Yüksel, Yonca Lodi, Simge Sağın, Burak Kut, Suzan Kardeş, Ceylan Ertem, Selçuk Yöntem, Asya, ve sayıları her gün artan sanatçıların albümlerinde; dizi ve filmlerde beste ve/veya sözleri ile yer almaktadır. 2018 yılından beri Türkiye’deki bir ilk olan “SözYazarlığı Eğitimi” ile yaratıcı düşünme ve yazma tekniklerini paylaşmaktadır.
