As the key speaker at the 2024 Founder's Day, he presented the school's Fort Biosphere and Wildflower Meadow projects to his Highness J.M. Scindia and Dr. S. Somanath, former Chairman of ISRO. An award-winning participant in Model United Nations and culinary competitions, Ishaan has also interned at AdmissionIndia, contributing to marketing operations. Currently, he serves as an editor for the school's Yearbook, showcasing his creativity and leadership skills. These sessions helped organizations align with their values, clarify goals, and identify obstacles to change. In her role as mediator and coach, she helps people identify the interests behind their positions and identify common ground—coaching senior managers on performance management and effective communication.
