He was nominated to executive council of Declaration of Istanbul Custodian Group & has been appointed its co-chair for 2021-22 & co-chair of Ethics task force of Asian Society of Transplantation.Besides academics, Dr. Nagral writes on public health, medical ethics & organ transplant in public space. He started Epilepsy Clinic at Jaslok Hospital & performed presurgical evaluation of patients with refractory epilepsy. He conducted International Clinical Drug trials for newer antiseizure medications like Brivaracetam and Perampanel. Since 2014 he has developed a keen interest in neuroscience of sleep & its ramifications on neurological health. He advocates & promotes sleep hygiene in community .
