After surviving a life-changing accident, R J Neena refused to let adversity define her story.She shares her incredible journey from pain to purpose, using her voice to inspire millions. Through resilience, passion, and the power of storytelling, she proves that every setback can be a setup for a greater comeback. It was the early 2000s and there was big boom happening in Kochi. Every morning, millions rise up to an infectious voice, motivating them to enjoy this beautiful day. And that voice belonged to none other than RJ Neena. She is one the first RJs in Kerala, having worked at Club FM and Radio Mango. RJ Neena also launched the first-ever transgender radio jockey through her radio show. She was invited to talk about the same at the Toastmaster's Platform at UST global, Infopark, Kochi when Inforpark hired a Transgender Employee creating history. She is also a strong supporter for equality and freedom of speech. On a daily basis, she brings up social issues and caters it in a lighter sarcastic way to society. Despite suffering a horrendous accident, she never gave up and kept moving forward. She moved to Istanbul during her master's degree and entered the media world. Gürses has written many articles and books on literature and culture. She has also given speeches at various conferences and seminars on Turkish literature and culture. Gürses began her media career as a reporter at ATV News Center and later appeared on programs such as "Gece Hattı" and "Kırmızı Koltuk" on Star TV.
