The Run That Changed My Life | Shibani Gharat | TEDxSIU Lavale
The most rewarding and transformative experiences come through seeking out and taking up challenges rather than avoiding them. It's
very easy to get caught up and trapped in the end goal of what we are doing. The daily grind, the small victories hitting career milestones even
the setbacks along the way. It’s about finding harmony, much like a journalist who sprints through deadlines by day and conquers
marathons by dawn. The idea is to sprint through two different worlds which aren’t essentially separate but need to be fueled by creating a rhythm and balance where passion and purpose exist parallelly. Senior Anchor and Associate Executive Producer with TV18 Broadcast Ltd.'s CNBC TV18 and CNBC Awaaz. Over 15 years of experience in journalism and 12 years at TV18’s flagship channels CNBC TV18 and CNBC Awaaz working on renowned shows such as Storyboard, Tech Guru, Brand Bazaar, Lessons in Marketing Excellence and much more.
