Raquel Mascaraque nos invita a entender y abrazar nuestras emociones desde la perspectiva del cerebro. Descubre cómo la neurociencia puede ayudarte a tomar el control emocional en tu día a día. Raquel Mascaraque es periodista especializada en neurociencia y psicología emocional. Tras terminar las licenciaturas de Publicidad, Periodismo y Comunicación Audiovisual, siguió su formación con el máster de neuromarketing. Hace una década descubrió que el cerebro es fascinante y empezó a estudiar todo lo que pudo acerca de él. Para complementar su formación ha realizado varios cursos de psicología emocional en la Asociación Española de Psicología Sanitaria y está estudiando la carrera de psicología.
Actualmente ha escrito “A cerebrar”, un libro sobre la neurociencia de las emociones y colabora hablando del cerebro y las emociones en el programa Si amanece, nos vamos de Cadena SER y en Upeka, junto a Anne Igartiburu. También imparte ponencias en universidades y empresas y en redes sociales ya hay más de medio millón de personas que apoyan su trabajo de divulgación.
