僕は今年で51歳になりますが、これまで何をやっても継続ができませんでした。同世代の周りの人が太っているのを見て、自分はこうなりたくないと思い、ランニングを始めましたが三日坊主にすらなりませんでした。何をしても続かない自分に自己嫌悪に陥ることもありました。ところがある時期を境に自然と習慣化できるようになっていました。今回はみんなが勘違いしている『習慣化の落とし穴』についてお話しします。 こんにちは、私は28年間会社員として働いてきましたが、趣味でランニングを何十年も続けてきました。土日祝日は一年を通じて必ず走り続けており、その経験から運動の大切さを深く理解しています。
