In this inspiring talk, we explore how moments of solitude can be transformed into powerful opportunities for building resilience, self-awareness and lasting happiness. Through personal anecdotes, psychological insights, and practical strategies, we uncover how solitude can be a catalyst for creativity, connection, and purpose, as well as for harnessing the strength that comes from within. Ms. Shambhavi is a versatile professional with 26 years of experience. She started her career in hospitality with The Oberoi, The Windsor Manor, and Royal Orchid. Today, she is a life coach, and published author of bestselling books, Aura and Colours and Me. Recognized for her contributions to informed living, she has received numerous accolades, including The Rex Karmaveer Global Fellowship Award, Karmaveer Chakra Award, and the Maharashtra Ratna Puraskar (2024). She was also named a Top 100 Women Iconic Award winner in 2022, and her book Aura won the LIFT Award for Best Non-Fiction. Balancing multiple roles, Ms. Shambhavi embraces introspection, maintaining a childlike curiosity. She is dedicated to giving back to

Dès lors, il ne cesse d'arpenter les sentiers du vivant. Questionner ce qui nourrit le corps et l'âme.Fin 2014, suite à des études artistiques, il compose une œuvre Écriture Blanche orchestrant cent cinquante deux installations à la surface de la ville de Bordeaux et son agglomération. À l'initiative de la Bibliothèque de Mériadeck pour la journée internationale du handicap, ce travail de sensibilisation fédéra cent dix partenaires culturels. Pour lui, « Être différent, c'est être comme tout le monde. »En 2018, il s'isole en forêt, repensant son habitat, son mode de vie et poursuit un travail de recherche personnel sur l'alimentation.À travers l’écriture et la transmission, il nous invite aujourd’hui à trouver une place dans la poésie de l’existence.
