Como muitas mulheres, Andrea Zamorano sentiu-se atropelada pela menopausa e viveu o impacto avassalador da falta de informação e acolhimento médico e social nesta fase da vida. Nesta talk, Andrea partilha a sua experiência pessoal com humor e honestidade, destacando sintomas menos óbvios e quebrando tabus sobre esta transição inevitável. Uma conversa aberta sobre como o conhecimento e o autoconhecimento podem transformar o caos da menopausa numa experiência mais leve e consciente.
Nascida no Rio de Janeiro e vivendo em Lisboa há mais três décadas, tem uma carreira multifacetada que transita com naturalidade entre o universo literário e o empreendedorismo gastronómico e cultural.Após graduar-se em Estudos Portugueses pela Universidade Nova de Lisboa, aprimorou o seu perfil multidisciplinar com uma pós-graduação em Gestão de Negócios Online no INDEG-ISCTE e uma especialização em Marketing, Publicidade e Relações Públicas. Recentemente, concluiu o mestrado em Escrita Criativa pela Universidade de Coimbra.Em paralelo construiu uma carreira literária, contribuindo para diversas publicações e mantendo, desde 2016, uma coluna mensal na Revista Blimunda, da Fundação José Saramago. Publicada pela editora Quetzal, com o romance “A Casa das Rosas”, a autora vem ampliando as suas abordagens temáticas. Encontra-se a desenvolver um novo projeto, focado no universo feminino, explorando as vivências e desafios das mulheres maduras. He enjoys learning and is always looking for opportunities to meet new people. He is a budding photographer, as well as being an avid reader and also working on paper-craft, namely quilling. He values his academics and his extra-curricular, which is why he practices badminton and cricket. His favorite subject areas include math, science, and history.
