In this talk, César Nicolaï, head coach of the Canadian boccia team, and Iulian Ciobanu, triple Paralympian athlete with muscular dystrophy, retrace their shared journey marked by challenges, questioning and profound human evolution. From their meeting in 2014 to Iulian's peak in 2023. Their story highlights the importance of vulnerability, communication and resilience in high performance.
