Many perceive making mistakes as that of a bad thing. For Dr. Resty Collado, he sees it as a stepping stone for growth, a testament to the importance of learning, and for finding a good balance of negative and positive emotions. In his talk, he shares how other possibilities are born out of a single answer, and that sometimes, we get to learn a whole lot more about ourselves from our mistakes. Resty Collado is a member of the Science faculty of Miriam College High School (MCHS) where he has taught Physics since 2006. He is also a part-time faculty of the School of Business, Education, and Arts in the same institution where he teaches quantitative research in education and management of technological innovations.
