20 Ekim 1975 yılında İstanbul'da doğdu. Tiyatrocu bir aileden gelen Sevinç Erbulak, Füsun Erbulak ve Altan Erbulak'ın kızıdır. İstanbul Şehir Tiyatroları oyuncusudur. Müjdat Gezen Sanat Merkezi'inde eğitim alan Sevinç Erbulak, birçok film ve dizide rol aldı.
1998 yılında ''Kelebekler Özgürdür'' adlı filmde ki rolü ile Avni Dilligil Gençlik Ödülüne layık görüldü. 2002 yılında Epsilon Yayınları'ndan "Gözünü kırpma, düşerim" adlı bir kitabı da vardır. Avukat Dalin Midyat ile evliliğinden 2006 yılında Zeynep adını verdiği kızı oldu.
2010 yılında Prensesin Uykusu adlı filmdeki Seçil rolü ile 16. Sadri Alışık ve 43. Siyad Türk Sinema Ödülleri kapsamında ''En İyi Kadın Oyuncu'' ödüllerini alan Sevinç Erbulak, ayrıca 17. Afife Jale Tiyatro Ödülleri'nde jüri üyeliği de yaptı.
2013 Taksim Gezi Parkı protestoları sırasında Yiğit Sertdemir, Özen Yula, Cem Uslu ve Mirza Metin'in yazdığı Gezerken adlı oyunda yer aldı.

Since 1985, I’ve worked in education, teaching IB sciences (Biology, Physics, Chemistry) and serving as a leader in learning skills and ATL at Eyüboğlu Educational Institutions.
