But what if being an outsider is, in fact, a superpower that frees one from groupthink, enabling fresh perspectives and new ways of thinking, resulting in new solutions to old problems? Samuel Kasumu is an award-winning entrepreneur, author and political strategist. He served as a Special Advisor to former Prime Minister Boris Johnson where he held the Civil Society and Communities Brief. He has extensive senior leadership and board experience and is the founder of Inclusive Boards, an executive headhunting firm specialising in non-executive board appointments across sectors.
