Distintas tradiciones espirituales a lo largo de la historia han hecho énfasis en la importancia de la respiración consciente. Es una realidad que la manera en la que nos comportamos influye sobre nuestro organismo. En esta charla descubrirás cuáles son las bases científicas detrás del entrenamiento respiratorio y como éste puede ayudarte a tener una mejor salud física y psicológica. Licenciado en Psicología y Doctor en Psicología en el área de neurociencias de la conducta, ambos por la UNAM. Como docente, ha impartido diversos cursos a nivel licenciatura, maestría y doctorado. Además, ha publicado los resultados de su trabajo de investigación en revistas científicas internacionales de reconocido impacto y fue reconocido con mención honorífica del Premio Alzheimer 2023-2024 por la Fundación Moises Itzkowich y Fundación UNAM. Es un apasionado de la divulgación científica por lo que, desde 2021, ha desarrollado un proyecto en redes sociales llamado NeuroSapiens, donde ha entrevistado a personalidades como Paul Zaloom (El Mundo de Beakman), Elizabeth Loftus y Steve Hayes, entre otros. This caused her to walk by dragging her feet on the ground for 35 years. However, thanks to her determination and perseverance, she excelled in her education and achieved her dream of becoming an English teacher.Despite the difficulties she faced, Buket Durmuş made a life-changing decision. About three months ago, she underwent surgery at a private hospital in Adana, where her legs were amputated below the knee and prosthetics were fitted. Thanks to this operation, she experienced the joy of taking her first steps after 35 years.Buket Durmuş, who continues her teaching career at Kayseri Develi İMKB Science High School, aims to reunite with her students after her recovery process. She also intends to participate in projects that will help other disabled individuals hold on to life.Buket Durmuş's story stands out as a symbol of perseverance, determination, and hope.
