From the bold idea of founding a music festival "from scratch" in the middle of nowhere to becoming a lovebrand and one of the most beloved music festivals for all generations in Slovakia. Gretka Pavlovová is the founder and organizer of the Atmosféra Festival, which takes place in Slovakia. It is known for its intimate atmosphere, unique environment, and a program focused on depth of experience and beautiful natural surroundings.Gretka began organizing the festival while still a high school student. Through Atmosféra, she has built a strong community of volunteers over the years, who have become the heart of the festival, contributing to its uniqueness and community spirit through their work. After years of operation, she managed to transform this small village festival into a "lovebrand" that attracts thousands of visitors from all over Slovakia every year.In addition to organizing the festival, she has been involved in community-building for many years. Il dolore palestinese attraverso immagini, storie e numeri che raccontano la devastazione umana a Gaza. Un focus sull'empatia e sulla decolonizzazione dello sguardo occidentale, invita a riflettere sulle disuguaglianze nella percezione delle tragedie umane, criticando il silenzio mediatico e l'indifferenza verso le donne e i bambini palestinesi. Un potente appello alla sensibilità interculturale e alla solidarietà autentica. Produttrice multimediale, autrice e giornalista. Storie minime di una giovane musulmana stranamente non terrorista (Fabbri)", storia ironica sulle seconde generazioni musulmane in Italia, e nel 2023 "La mia parola è libera. Storie di donne che non hanno mai smesso di combattere", che include un capitolo sulla vita della giornalista palestinese Shireen Abu Akleh. Nel 2007 il suo racconto, Lettere volanti viene inserito nella raccolta curata da Paolo Cavagna e Raffaele Taddeo Il carro di Pickipò. Nel 2011 traduce dall'inglese per la Rizzoli la graphic novel Habibi di Craig Thompson, e nel 2013 sempre per la Rizzoli traduce dall'arabo Il favoloso viaggio di Ibn Battuta di Fatima Shrafeddine/ illustrazioni di Intilaq Muhammad Ali. Ha collaborato con vari periodici italiani (l'Espresso, Internazionale) e testate online (Vita.it, InsideOver) sui temi dell'immigrazione e dell'integrazione.
