Dominik Pastorek, 22, is a computer science student at the Czech Technical University in Prague (ČVUT), specializing in virtualization and data centers. Born in Bratislava, Slovakia, Dominik spent part of his childhood abroad before settling in Prague, an experience that fueled his curiosity about the world and his passion for technology. For over three years, he has managed his own server environment, seamlessly blending academic theory with real-world problem-solving. Beyond his studies, Dominik engages in open-source projects, 3D printing, and advanced simulation platforms to enhance his technical skills and pursue innovative solutions. A strong advocate for responsible digital practices, he has delivered e-safety talks to help others navigate the online world with greater awareness. He values his academics and his extra-curricular, which is why he practices badminton and cricket. His favorite subject areas include math, science, and history.
