La digitalisation simplifie la vie, mais le changement fait peur : peur de l’inconnu, peur de l’échec. Pourtant, cette peur ne doit pas nous freiner. La jeunesse, avec son dynamisme et sa maîtrise du numérique, est la clé pour transformer cette crainte en opportunité et bâtir un Maroc plus moderne et efficace. Tarik Fadli has over 22 years of experience in Information Technology. He's started his career at the age of 18 in Denver Colorado. Where he spent 10 years working in Education, Engineering and Fintech sectors, before joining Microsoft as a Lead Architect for Middle East and Africa. After a brief experience in Consulting Services of the giant, Tarik left Microsoft to launch an innovative consulting startup in 2007, ALGO Consulting. In 2016 Tarik co-founded his second startup La Marocaine des e-Services, with its platform WRAQI. Both startups and Tarik won 9 innovation prizes such as Best Young Entrepreneur by CJD Business Awards and a selection by Endeavor as High Impact Entrepreneur in 2016 and 2015. In 2018 Tarik Fadli was nominated by the head of government as an Independent Expert and Administrator at ADD before resigning in 2022, later the same year he won African Entrepreneur of the Year recognition in Paris.
