After over a decade leading environmental projects in multinational corporations, she founded the Arapoti Institute and mentors startups at the Instituto Multiplicidade, leading initiatives in urban agriculture and environmental education. Her Horta Comunitária do Guará (Guará Community Garden) was awarded as a Sustainable Urban Initiative, setting a benchmark in urban agriculture. With a unique approach blending technical skill with community engagement, her projects have impacted schools, condominiums, and communities, proving that urban transformation is possible through collective action. Currently, she leads a movement to create urban “green islands,” combining agriculture, waste management, and environmental education to make cities more climate-resilient.
