以利他之心推動綠色餐飲(嚴心鏞) | Richard Yen | TEDxLinkou

嚴心鏞以「利他的初心」分享他如何以蔬食改變社會,也如何協助年輕人透過創業重拾生活的意義。Richard Yen is dedicated to promoting plant-based food culture and nurturing young talent. Previously, he served as General Manager at the Landis Hospitality Group Service Management Academy, where he gained extensive experience in food service and management. In 2012, he co-founded Taoism Gourmet, inspired by Kazuo Inamori’s “altruistic” philosophy. With a vision to help 10,000 young people develop healthy eating habits, he also created job and entrepreneurial opportunities, fostering a culture of filial piety, kindness, and responsibility. In 2017, Richard Yen officially founded Good Deeds Gourmet Co. Ltd., continuing his people-centered mission. He actively promotes the “one vegetarian meal a day” movement and advocates for green, low-carbon diets. He has since launched brands such as DeliSoys, Zen Tea Restaurant, Shan Guo Tang, Vegan Amore, Artisan Bakery, and Own Life, striving to create a diverse and innovative plant-based dining culture. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
