Women face unique changes like Menopause in middle age and are also impacted by family milestones like empty nest/ caregiving. I felt I will examine my own life experiences with women close to me who entered middle age ie my grandma, mom and wife so that I can distil lessons that can be leveraged by my daughters who are in their 20s. What I will share is my story, insights from those and actionable ideas for both women and men who are still young that they can consider incorporating in their thoughts in order to enter middle age with vigour.
