Mr.Rao feels that Telangana Chief Minister Mr.Revanth Reddy's vision for developed Telangana is being met with this PPP Model though it is a small initiation made by The Karimnagar District Collector Mrs.Pamela Satpathy. Dr.Prasad Rao Enuganti is the Founder and Chairman of Paramita Group of Institutions and Explorica(Cambridge Affiliation). He has been the Academic Advisor for Telangana Recognized Schools Management Association(T.R.S.M.A.) having membership of around four thousand schools, since 2015 and has been Advisor for National Independent Schools Alliance(N.I.S.A.) since 2019.
