Metin Gazoz, Milli Takım Antrenörü ve EğitimciSakarya ili Adapazarı 1972 yılında doğdu. İlk, orta ve lise eğitimini Adapazarı’nda tamamladı. Lise eğitimini Endüstri Meslek Lisesinde yapmıştır. Bolu Abant İzzet Baysal Üniversitesi Beden Eğitimi Spor Yüksek Okulu mezunun olup 1998 yılından itibaren beden eğitimi öğretmeni olarak MEB’de görev almaktadır.Okçuluk sporunu kalkınması amacıyla Türkiye Okçuluk Federasyonu tarafından seçilen pilot il Adapazarı’nda başlamıştır. 2024 yılı itibari ile okçuluk sporunda 40. Yılını doldurmuş olup, Türkiye Okçuluk Federasyonu yönetim kurulu üyesi ve as başkanıdır. Ayrıca Paralimpik Okçuluk Federasyonu as başkanıdır. 1990 yılında milli takıma seçilmiş olup, 2012 yılında Avrupa Şampiyonluk Kupasında bayrağı oğlu Mete Gazoz’’a devretmiştir.2012 yılı itibari ile Türkiye Okçuluk Federasyonu eğitim kurulu başkanlığı, teknik kurul başkanlığı ve yönetim kurulu üyeliği görevini sürdürmektedir. İstanbul Okçuluk Gençlik ve Spor Kulübü kurucusu olup aktif çalışmalara devam etmektedir.Evli ve iki çocuk babasıdır. By highlighting emerging alternative media spaces, independent storytelling, and the growing demand for authentic representation, this talk delves into the role of spectatorship in challenging caste hierarchies, reclaiming agency, and fostering social change. Jyoti Nisha is a filmmaker, producer, academician, and writer, renowned for pioneering the groundbreaking theory of Bahujan Spectatorship, which delves into the consumption and spectatorship of popular cinema, dissecting its representation of caste, gender and sexuality by India’s marginalized population. Her work centers on creating a distinctive oppositional sociopolitical Bahujan aesthetics deeply rooted in Bahujan lived experiences, culture, history, movements, and ideology, championed by Bahujan filmmakers. She received her education in journalism from IIMC, Delhi, screenwriting from FTII, Pune & and Media and Cultural Studies from TISS, Mumbai. Nisha’s journey includes serving as a Director’s Assistant to Neeraj Ghaywan’s film, Geeli Pucchi.
