Before joining HPE, Ranganath served as Director of Enterprise at IDC India, providing expert insights and advisory services to CxOs on the Indian IT industry's challenges. He also held the role of Regional Sales Director for EMEA and APJ at Spectra Logic, driving sales and solutions in data storage. Earlier in his career, he was Director of the Regional Product Management Team for HPE Storage in Asia Pacific and Japan and managed key accounts at HCL Infosystems. She is also one of the co-recipients of the International Young Eco Hero Award 2024 given by Action for Nature, California, USA. He has been nominated as the Governor’s nominee of the Academic Council in Rajasthan Sports University and serves as a Senior Advisor to the UP Olympic Association. He played a key role in introducing Sports Philosophy as a compulsory subject in Rajasthan’s universities and developed Indirect Sports Therapy for mental health improvement.
