Here's what you need to know:
- You have access to a wide range of benefit plans that support your family's health and financial security. This is your chance to choose the benefits that best fit your needs.
- You must enroll by 07/21/2022. If you don't, your benefit plans may automatically be chosen for you, at next year's costs, or you may not have benefits coverage at all. (You must enroll if you want to participate in a Health Care or Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account for the 2022 Plan Year.)
Here's how to enroll:
- Go to My TotalSource (mytotalsource.com). After you log in, click the Enroll Now button on the Home page. The system will walk you through your decisions, step-by-step
- First-time user? Click the Register Now button and enter your registration pass code to get started. Your company's registration pass code is 12345 .
- Forgot your username or password? Follow the instructions on the login page of My TotalSource to retrieve your username or reset your password.

Remember! This is your only chance to choose benefits for the 208 Year. The elections you make now will be effective until May 31, 2022. And you won't be allowed to enroll again until the next Open Enrollment period, unless you have an IRS-qualified family status change (such as marriage, divorce, birth of a child or loss of other coverage) before then. Enroll by 04/21/2022 to choose the coverage that fits your unique needs.
