Sibel Algan, 1995 yılında İstanbul Üniversitesi İngiliz Dili ve Edebiyatı’ndan mezun oldu. Lisansüstü eğitimlerini sırasıyla Boğaziçi Üniversitesi (İşletme,1997, İstanbul), London School of PR (Halkla İlişkiler, 1998, İngiltere), European School of Economics(Marka, Pazarlama ve İletişim, 2004, İtalya) bünyesinde tamamladı.
