MAKKAH — Hajj security forces have arrested three persons for transporting 42 individuals to Makkah in violation of the Hajj rules and regulations.
In the first case, an expatriate was arrested for attempting to transport 35 unauthorized pilgrims in a bus to the Makkah city. The arrested persons were referred to the competent committee for the enforcement of applicable penalties.
In another incident, Hajj security forces arrested two individuals for transporting seven expatriates in a vehicle, driven by one of them, to Makkah in violation of Hajj regulations and instructions. They were referred to the competent authority to impose the prescribed penalties against them.
