Iranian President appreciates Saudi Crown Prince's efforts for a stable region in phone call

JEDDAH — Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman has received on Tuesday a phone call from Iranian President Dr. Masoud Pezeshkian.
During the call, the Crown Prince welcomed the ceasefire agreement. He expressed the Kingdom's hope that the ceasefire deal would contribute to restoring security and stability and avoiding the risks of escalation. The Crown Prince affirmed the Kingdom's position in supporting dialogue through diplomatic means for the resolution of disputes.
For his part, the Iranian president thanked Saudi Arabia for its position in condemning the Israeli aggression. Pezeshkian reiterated his appreciation of the role played by the Crown Prince in his efforts and endeavors to restore security and stability to the region.
