RIYADH — More than 13 million worshipers performed prayer at the Rawdah Sharif at the Prophet's Mosque in Madinah in one year. The General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques has succeeded in facilitating the smooth flow of these visitors, thanks to its organizational efforts to enhance the experience of the guests of God.
The authority's organizational efforts included developing the pre-booking system through the official digital applications Nusuk and Tawakkalna, expanding coordination with security, health, and service agencies, and enhancing the operational capacity of field personnel to ensure the smooth flow of visitor traffic and organize their entry and exit smoothly, in accordance with the highest standards of quality and safety.
