Everyone’s heard the phrase “Go global or go home,” but what does it really mean to ‘go global’? This talk explores the deep history and multiple stages of China’s internationalization—from early individual ventures to today’s sophisticated global supply chains and cultural exchanges. Through real-world examples, the speaker reveals how Chinese companies are reshaping global industries, spreading knowledge and culture abroad, and why individuals today play a vital role in this evolving global landscape. He has extensive experience in overseas business consulting, international engineering construction, and labor management. He has helped over one hundred Chinese enterprises of various sizes expand internationally, covering industries such as automobile manufacturing, new energy, automation equipment integration, energy-efficient buildings, internet, and fast-moving consumer goods.Representative projects include the supply chain relocation for CATL’s German battery factory, Tesla’s Monterrey Gigafactory in Mexico, and the overseas market entry of domestic consumer brands like Nayuki.He is a practitioner of the concept of building a global ecosystem for Chinese enterprises, continuously exploring how to globalize Chinese business and management philosophies. He is also actively promoting cooperation between enterprises and academic institutions to facilitate practical social training for young people on campus.
